maybe he feels menopause is rage because hes a man and is using it against women
most hetro men have rage against women because of the power they have over them that might be why they rape them and cover them up and continually try to shame them by calling them sluts for what they choose to wear

Hi Rita, I am interested that you find Ho'oponopono so effective. I agree that much dislike and anger (and, indeed, like) is unconsciously driven. I feel drawn to Ho'oponopono through listening to Dr Hew Len. I discovered it only last weekend. I was browsing and Zero Limits caught my eye. The next day, something traumatic happened. I hope 'I love you; I'm sorry; please forgive me; thank you' will help. 100% responsibility does make sense to me. Thank you for your replies. Take care, MsRuara :-)
Hi Rita,
In terms of the process of cleaning data. Does one meditate subconciously the I'm sorry, please forgive me, thankyou and I love you...or say it out quietly like a mantra or does not matter.

@claudine1231 Hi Claudine Dr Hew Len said that different people do it in different ways. I have done it both of the ways that you describe. By taking it in to meditation, I have seen/felt many shifts within myself as a result. As Hew Len says it is inside me that the change occurs. have also said it to myself as a way of cleaning my own self in a situation by situation way ie wanting to change my own thoughts or a circumstance that is not quite ideal... whatever works for you..experiment

@gr8light Thankyou for your quick response. I have a problem, someone very close to me as experienced a break-down. He is becoming withdrawn, not eating properly, not taking care of his personal care needs, wants to spend most of his time in his room. I've tried to engage with him, encourage him etc but I am concerned he may need to go back on medication something he is reluctant to do, but he may not have a choice. My Q is will Zero limits help his situation. Dr Hew cured patients with O L.

@claudine1231 Hi Claudine. I don't claim to have the "cleaning skills" of Dr Hew Len and unless you do, then what means are available to help your friend/ relative to stabilize somehow? I can't tell you what to do other than encourage you to be watchful of their safety. Doing ho'oponopono is wonderful but if this isn't creating the help someone needs, maybe you need to rally multiple resources.

Hi Rita, Thank you for posting the videos and for removing my other comments. I am new to posting on YouTube. Even if I am in data, I am going to say this: I felt some hostility towards women. If Dr Hew Len is cleaning all day and still has deep-rooted issues, does Ho'oponopono really work? I can't imagine God favouring one gender over the other. He does seem very sincere, though, and concerned only with sharing Ho'oponopono, not money-making. Thanks for your reply. Take care, MsRuara :-)

@MsRuara Hi MsRuara I appreciate you honesty. Most of us can relate to having dislike/ anger toward a person or a group. I find ho'oponopono to be very effective at unraveling the many layers of these. I agree with Dr Hew Len that much of it is driven from an unconscious place thus the Hawaiian system makes sense to me. You could call it appealing to the unahipili/ unconscious or you could call it a prayer...doesn't matter but to focus on forgiveness starting with self...what in me..
Love, Rita
