This is the Mackie MCU Pro with three Extenders. When using more than one extender with Pro Tools (9 or 10), the MCU Pro continuously 'scrolls' like in the video. While it is 'scrolling' Pro Tools is essentially frozen.
I've re-installed everything on the machine with the system being on a SSD. The MCU Pro seems to be working a little better. I still get the occasional glitch.
When it glitches out, I have to close Pro Tools, restart the MCU and extenders, then restart Pro Tools and it seems to work fine again.
I've noticed it glitch whenever Pro Tools has to do something where it will momentarily 'freeze' such as loading a large plug-in for the first time in a session.
I was able to work with the MCU for several hours this evening with only a couple of hick-ups causing me to have to cycle the MCU and Pro Tools.
My current evaluation of the product is:
1) It does work Pro Tools
2) It does not work without headaches; for me at least
3) I would still recommend this product for the money
4) I would recommend purchasing the [Avid | Artist Mix] for a little extra money if someone just so happens to have it laying around
so does this work properly for you in pro tools now???

@remusjacobs It works for the most part. You have to restart Pro Tools every time you change sessions. If you load a large plug-in in the middle of a session, you will probably have to restart Pro Tools and the MCU as it will loose synchronization.
Hopefully, later this year, I will be upgrading and getting rid of this God awful thing. I heard it work brilliantly in Cubase! My brother-in-law uses Cubase...
