What a completely dishonest piece of legislation. An obvious abuse of power. I think this is only going to get worse, because obviously everyone wants to keep their job in these hard times and it's only going to get harder in the next year or two, so prepare to see a lot more of this phony legslation to be passed to make them look like they are doing their job under the propaganda that it's 'good for everybody'.

Great report. Thanks for covering this. I have sons in the business that are fighting this. Requiring being fingerprinted, photographed, and 3 year background check is treating people like criminals. This should be an employers decision who to hire - not the governments!! Sue them!
