Old school vert skating circa 1988

This goes out to all the old school skaters, ones around my age that remember traveling around looking for peoples houses with ramps. This is one I had at my parents, I skate for santa Cruz for four years back in the day. To an era gone bye and the fact I was pretty good.

..so this video is likely from 1988, or some time close to that

@jizzy2k Not sure what your comment is about but I have skated with both those skaters. Rodney is a founder of freestyle and Mark is the godfather of street, but of those two Mark is a really incredable vert skater. He went to the street after being kicked out of his local home park for stealing.

@deathcoreskater You can blame that on the dead milkmen, they contacted youtube and said I did not have the rights. So I had to do a music swap with one of youtubes allowable songs.

I knew it! I can't believe I recognized your ramp and skating after all these years. Thanks for letting all us younger dudes get our first tastes of skating vert. Your skating was and always will be inspirational.

@damiensdad Thank you so much, I guess build it and they will come is in order. I always love to teach what I know... and this might just be a testamonial to that. You guys helped me as well, skating alone is never fun.
