Roy's Upsmash spikes, but the opponent must DI in the direction of being spiked to not go straight down. I spiked a lv 9 computer from the start of a match at 0 percent damage and he died instantly. He has the strongest spike in my opinion.

@maddie1616 It's not a spike. It's a meteor smash. Hit with the handle of the sword to meteor smash with the down aerial.

@furyberserk All of that is true (I don't know about the counter). His up smash spikes, sending opponents diagonally downwards. I have done it myself, but it's extremely hard to do.

I just remebered that Roy has a spike, but what you did wasn't a spike, it is a meteor smash like ganondorf's dair. Play Captain Falcon lv9 and he will do it every time. The third hit of the DED also isn't a spike. His spike is a glitch from the Up Smash sending them downwards in flames, and you can't cancel any flame attacks. Also Roy's counter glitch when it sends them upwards and downwards off the stage. But some calls it a spike because they can't meteor cancel.
