Uriel had a humble spirit that made our world a better place. Our prayers are with his family. Thank you Uriel for all that you left us. Your work on earth is done. Rest in Peace.

With the advent of Mr. Jones's passing, this means there are now only 4 original Funk Brothers surviving.
I observe 5 minutes of silence in honour of his memory....
Rest In Peace, O' Esteemed Percussionist Extraordinaire..

He will be greatly missed. I will never stop telling others about his greatness.

Uriel was such a kind person and great talent.
He will be missed, even by those that don't recognize his name, but were brought so much joy through the music he contributed to.
