@TheUnit236 try isometrics MMA fighters like myself do this it builds up raw muscle thats one way bruce lee got his body that way, it works really well

@TheUnit236 normal pushup is enough, try to do it so slow: 2 sec down, 1 sec stop, 2 sec up and down again immediately.

Pretty easy to do but is good to start with these when you're almost 15? I did alot of regular pushups and I want something different I also want more muscular arms without buying weights, ideas?
