disabling the AWD will allow the dyno to get a more accurate engine horse power as there is less power lost in the drivetrain.

This term "propshaft seemed to originate in europe, because most european manuals (bmw, merc, jag for sure) tend to refer to driveshafts as propshafts. So it would seem that the terms are totally interchangable.

more power i would thing since your losing a little bit of power transferring to the front wheels, but then you lose traction due to no AWD, i would just stick with AWD :)

stupid comment. this is a GTR, with the 4wd turned off. you can do it either by removing the fuse or remove the front drivetrain. nice numbers!
