also, feel free to check out the other videos i uploaded from this tournament. all videos are entertaining. ^.^, my other match ended funny...also i agree with you about waiting..took me a long time to feel ready to go, plus i got a nice throw in, and it was on camera so i'm pleased with myself. Thanks for following my videos so faithfully, always happy with feed back. take care, and be sure to check out my other vids. :))
My rank is orange, and have been doing judo for 2 years this coming January. i only had that white belt because they used the white and blue belts to tell the fighters apart at a glance. "point for white!" and such. I've done one other tournament before as well, i got 3rd place. at that time i held yellow belt and every1 in my weight class was orange belt and above. i got a hard time throwing people at tournys cuz i get all stiff from nerves, just gotta do it more..my randori is MUCH better. ^.^
Good effort. Look, in my opinion (an opinion shared by very few) I think there's such a thing as competing too soon. I don't think one should enter shiai until one is at least a brown belt and has been doing Judo for a year or two. Again, not too many people share that view but that's how I feel. Good effort and never miss practice!
