no, we got snow. My sister in southern New Hampshire got the ice. They had almost an inch of ice covering things, lost power for a week!

Sounds like you've got perfect snowman/snowfort snow! My daughter is bummed because the almost foot we got last week is melting. It got to almost 50 today!

Because we're so close to the East coast, we get a lot of the airmasses shoot right up towards us. However we're also right in the path of that great Canadian cold air you've got, so until the middle of the winter we can have these strange temp changes. In my area they always say if you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes! I guess that's cause it varies sooooo much!
