yeah i thought i give it another shot and here it is
that image took 3 minutes to make and then i put the clip speed to 300% in camstudio so stfu if u think its a bad picture for 3 mins work

It is a bad picture that was made in 3 minutes, Its not that hard to just use brushes and some effects, real photoshops are much more than brushes and some effects on text, you need to do alot by yourself, its not all ready there for you.
Its good for beginner, not for advanced user.
