  • Yep, RLRRLRLL. The cool thing is if you keep your hi-hat going like he is here, those open hi-hat accents come out naturally with the paradiddle.

  • Great post. I like your playing style. What exactly are you doing in the fill excercise at 0:53? Is it straight singles on the snare with a flam on each of the toms? Where is the base drum comming in? Ex.,tom hit, bass drum, snare?? Thanks for making your lessons available.
