http://www.handmasterplus.com Dr. Terry Zachary demonstrates Handmaster Plus for proper hand, wrist & elbow muscle strength & balance & maximum grip strength. Golf hand, wrist & elbow injuries & weak grip strength is common due to poor exercise training neglecting the finger, thumb and wrist extensor muscles.
Used for fitness, strength (high, long rough), power, increased distance, control & pain, discomfort & injury prevention training by players on the PGA, Nationwide, European & Canadian professional tours.
Handmaster Plus is also used to exercise in tennis, baseball, basketball, football, hockey, karate, wrestling, UFC, gymnastics, climbing and other grip strength and power sports.

  • the stuff is good

but the cords get broken fast when you doing exersizes every dat

  • @besipp:

Replacement cords are available by searching 'handmaster plus replacement cords' or if your cords were less than 90 days old, they are under warranty. Search 'doczac' and click 'contact us' for free replacements under warranty.

  • I just ordered your product. I have serious pain on the outside of my wrist (pinky side) and my wrist clicks/cracks a lot. I've had an MRI and it didn't show anything (5 years ago). I started school and stopped golfing, but now that I've started again, the pain is still there and is becoming extreme. It's frustrating as the sports medicine doctor I saw at UBC just gave me some exercises to do and sent me on my way. I have no idea what the problem is, but it's really hurting now.

  • @baka86 :

I highly recommend that you consult with an ART (search active release technique on Google) practitioner as well as using Handmaster Plus. They can examine your wrist & give you some answers.

Let me know if I can assist further.

    Best,

    Terry

  • well between one of your other videos and this one..its worth a try. I will post my opinion on results after a fair period. I saw it recently at a shoppers home health care when looking for something else, so i will give it a shot. I cannot go thru the ongoing ache of this tennis elbow, outer, especially with another golf season coming. Last yr it wore me down. I was ready for braces, graphite shafts etc..when i shouldnt have to at my younger age. if it works will share with golf forum. thanks
