The chemicals the food companies are adding to the food can cause 1 or all 3 reactions to your body. You can find this information he talk s about for free if you research and compare ingredients before buying. The old saying, "if you don't know the ingredients don't buy the product."

One: The communication between the brain and stomach is shut down. You still feel hungry when you should be full.

Two: You store the energy as fat instead of being active.

Three: It makes you crave foods by causing you to be addicted to food.

EDTA is in foods and in deodorants. It is suppose to be non-toxic but is used to kill ants...doesn't add up!

These are things you want to avoid in the SHTF.

  • @SimplyIncredulous He says the 7 ingredients to bust belly fat. He doesn't say what additives to avoid...that's the gimmick to buy the book. You can do it for free by researching the ingredients on the foods you already have in your cabinets and avoid buying the foods with the same ingredients when you shop again.

  • @MrsNewAmericaNow The seven ingredients to avoid.

  • @SimplyIncredulous The good food or the bad ingredients? The healthy food starts at 0:47, I put a major bad one in the description box. The old saying if you don't know what it is don't buy the food. You can always write down ingredients that your not sure about and google them to find out what they are.

  • @MrsNewAmericaNow I don't want to be argumentative, but I don't see where these ingredients are mentioned.

  • @theeastwatch There's not a lot of sugar in dark chocolate that why it taste so bitter. It's the bacteria that cause the tooth decay and it's the sugar they feed off of to multiply.

  • @MrsNewAmericaNow I think your dental assistant was wrong. Sugar in all its forms destroys teeth as far as I know.

  • @SimplyIncredulous Thank you and yes, it is but I have made other videos on this topic and no one has really watched. I was thinking maybe more people would pay attention this time. Storing the wrong food and relying on your preps can have a negative affect if we store the wrong foods. Rationing out food and being hungry because of the wrong food preps is not good for anyone. The 7 are listed in the being of the video and he explains why they work. You can also google this information online.

  • Mrs. NAN - I love your videos, but this is just a commercial for a book.. I just want to know what the 7 ingredients are!

  • @theeastwatch I was told by a dental assistant that dark chocolate will not give you cavities. Maybe it stains your teeth? The ph of the mouth can help or prevent cavities too.
