A meeting of people with horse drawn Bow topped gypsy caravans, one saturday afternoon on the 23rd Sept.

UPDATE 6 OCT 06 seen David Sanger in town, he said that within minutes of arriving at the market cross with his Bow top wagon and horses he was told to move on by the Police after they had received complaints from the public.
The 'Pedestrian precint' on which he was stood is routinely used as a car park which breaches whatever shred of 'peace' may exist thereabouts.
Its okay to park your 4wd Range rover on the precint everyday while you place your bet with the local bookie's, thats not breaching the peace!
Whoever complained wants the town to be a dying rural backwater, better to be a small fish in a small pond right!
Its not Buskers who breach the peace its 'ordinary' people driving through the town who bring noise pollution and exhaust fumes, they breach whatever peace may be there! and contribute vast amounts of noise and poisonous exhaust fumes, and anything that threatens this is not to be tolerated. Way to go!
