Oh no total difference. This is Wayne Gardiner. Hiphop guys were Jean-Claude Olivier, Samuel Barnes also known as Poke & Tone. AKA Trackmasters =)

does anyone know if this is the same trackmasters that produced hiphop beat in the mid 1990's for like nas, firm biz, mobbdeep etc. The samples sound the same? thanks

So few elements in this song, and many of them well-used "classic samples" (if there is such a thing!) for that time, but he still always manages to create something special. An incredible producer who knew the virtues of "less is more" and leaving some space between the beats.
