Curb hunts with E-Trac--got some nice oldies!

Howdy diggers,

Got out for a couple hunts this week. Spent most of the time working the strip of grass between the sidewalk and curb. Pulled some silvers and indians too. Thanks for looking. HH!

Great finds DD!! I've got two questions for ya' if you don't mind. When you were still using the Ace I saw you dig a few war nickels. What did they ring up as on your Ace? Second, how do you get you wheats so clean? I've tried boiling in peroxide and they get better but not like yours. Thanks DD and HH!!

@pulltabpirate War nickels rang up as high pulltabs or low zincolns, but usually as a pulltab. Keep in mind that while it showed up on the display as a pulltab, the sound was richer and more solid. I run my wheaties through the tumbler with all my clad. Water, soap and an hour and a 1/2 of tumbling does the trick!
