READ DESCRIPTION!!!!!
Turn off PC. Press F8. Select the SECOND safe mode and Log on to Administrator.
Now you open command prompt and type in:
net localgroup administrators username /add
ur account is now an admin.
In this video i show u how to:
make a new account:
- net user username /add
change a password:
- net user username * and type in the password 2x
delete an account:
- net user username /del
and how to make an admin a limited account:
- net localgroup administrators username /del

Works sweet. Thank you uploader. I did not follow all the step you showed, but it gave me a clue.
Scenario: Forgot Administrator password, but have have a guest account.
1. Start your computer, wait until the window logon screen where you see administrator account and guest account appears
2. Press shift key 5 times until a command prompt appears
3. type net user localgroup administrators Joe /add (hit enter key)
5. Exit the command prompt, restart and login as new admin Joe. Voila

in limitted account it display acces denied

I have also lost my windows password and I hadn’t any other admin account than I used a reset disk from this amazing website. You can go here :

umm i press f8 on start up but it brings me to a screen asking for a hard drive boot and crap like that and i try to move but nothing happens plz help
