If this is a real cadaver and anatomist, you should feel have your license suspended and possibly removed. As a medical profession, the bodies of patients should be respected at all times and not used to be props for pranks and then broadcasted on the internet. This is someone's loved one, family member, and friend. Respect the living and the dead. At least you could have covered the cadaver's face with a wet formaldehyde towel until you begin the carotid dissection.
