It's not the speaker, dearie, that picks up the sound, it's the microphone.
Odds are the noises are caused by squirrels. Squirrels are known to desychronize video and audio. Something to do with the rate they flick their tails back and forth. (I knew a girl that could do that, but thats another, um, tale.)
