Put a little force in your voice. You're being too timid. Push from your diophram (or however you spell it), and get a little air behind it. Also, i dont' know if it's just the video, but your guitar sounds really dry, like you're playing too close to the bridge. Also, i find that it sounds better when played with your thumb if you just want to play without fingerpicking.
