Members of the Occupy Columbia coalition camped out outside of President Warrick L. Carter's office on the fifth floor of the Alexandroff Campus Center, 600 S. Michigan Ave. After more than an hour of going back and forth, Interim Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs Louise Love offered the group a town hall meeting on Friday, Dec. 9, from 1 to 2 p.m.
double speak, condescendingly spoken for over an hour. had the provost said she would meet with us at any of the 5 full days we offered to her during the hour which we were there. no voices would have been raised.

@skotoroable Voices were reasonably raised at a representative of an incredibly frustrating administration. What has been edited out is the double speak of the administration and the inspiring communication between the students, faculty, and staff. Note: you created your youtube account today just to downplay this incredibly meaningful event. I wonder who you are?

Such impressive editing in this video conveniently left out the parts where members of Occupy Columbia were raising their voices at Provost Love ... funny how reasonable a crowd can appear when so much has been edited out!
