UPDATE ON VIDEO:
APR 24, 2014 -- I'm was happy to have the opportunity to talk to the appropriate people regarding my opinions to this situation I encountered on February 11, 2014. Please be affirmed that Farmer Boys have addressed this issue and I am grateful for their actions. The person I talked to did express their apologies for the service I was provided and offered to resolve the issue. I, personally, do not desire any kind of offers. All I want is for its associates to be aware that its customers will express their opinion and call out any issue they feel uncomfortable whether it is from this establishment or any other public location.
As for the video, I have decided to keep this video listed "public" because I do hold a continues vlog for my subscribes and to follow. Out of respect of Farmer Boys, I have decided to remove the thumbnail.
I believe that Farmer Boys as a entity is not at fault and this video should not reflect such opinion. I do however do see myself as an individual who has the right to address an issue through my desired choice of medium. Thank you.
Today I was late for work because I wanted to get some fast food today. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service i was provided when I went through the drive-thru and had to wait 30 minutes for my food.
