Tnx for the nice video OM, I had never heard the KX1 and the K1 before, amazing little rigs, I was hoping to be able to compare them to the K2 as a reference point(I do have a K2), but looks like the rig was in USB mode.

Where those three things under the K3 screws? I was suffering looking at the video, hopefully you didn't get any scratches on the bottom and side panel of the K3, Hi HI!

Also, The antenna setup looks great.

@seedymac - Thanks for the comments! When I was looking at the Elecraft's, I didn't see any comparison videos, so I wanted to put a short one up. I just shot it in one take...and it shows:)

I am hard on my radios, but I enjoy them! Regarding the K3, were you interested in a comparison of CW between it and the K2?

The MP-1 antenna is a very good (and inexpensive) solution... it doesn't get much attention but it works very well.

@VQ9KE I have been interested on the radios before the K2, I considered this rig the best CW rig in my humble collection, not having the K1 and KX1 for comparison your video was extremely helpful in appeasing my curiosity. Don't worry about making a video comparing the K3 and K2, I do appreciate the offer. I will keep subscribed to your Youtube feed for any future videos. Your other video comparing the QRP rigs was a hit with the Ham friends.
