The money credited back to your paypal account - what can you do with it - I mean can you deposit it on your credit and debit card? Or is only towards future purchases?

I would have to say no. Really risky. I am assuming you are referring to the best offer.

However I have heard of people getting the bing cashback when using best offer. Just no guarantee

Just recently purchase something online with bing.. It works, but I'm not much of a shopper fan so it's kinda useless to me..

This is good, but just be careful to not get carried away because if you keep purchasing stuff, you will eventually lose money but only get a small little portion from bing or whatever it is.
