You can see clearly the attempt to incite the police into reacting to him The purpose was to get a reaction that they could film(notice the light on his face from the professional camera). This was an attempted set up to make the police look bad. Unfortunately for the plan, police just thought Mr. Thomas a nut, and ignored him.

@Toddinfantry You talk about the old police force... the current police force has been turned into a joke by the corporations.

The current force spends most of its time, trying to come up with scams to rob law abidiing citizens of money - speed cameras, traffice fines, seat belt fines, speeding... these are there only focus these days.

If there is a real crime - they avoid it like the plague... they do NOTHING about drug dealers etc. No money in it for them... they are turning into crooks.
