@giovannijonz also i think i got maybe two tickets in my time selling. i showed up at court, presented my offices business liscense and both tickets got thrown out without hesitation by the judge...oh yeah...we are so illegal.

@theinvestigativeguy pyramid schemes are illegal, correct? why are we still around? We're not hiding from authorities. whenever we get our business liscense we are asked about our company and we give over that info. I personally have sold to police officers, even the captain of a police force. He checked out my product read "scentura creations" on the boxes and bought a bottle for himself and two for his wife. I know of one of the managers that sold 20 to an entire department.

The court ruling that found Scentura to be pyramid scheme stands and Scentura did not overturn it on appeal.The same has existed with its lies for many years yes.The bottom line who would answer an ad seeking people to illegally peddle cheap perfume on street corners? We all know the answer that is why every Scentura ad offers management or office positions..Thank you

@theinvestigativeguy scentura doesn't fit in the definition of pyramid scheme. pyramid schemes require people to bring in new people in order to advance in the company. Another thing about pyramid schemes is they all topple. you yourself have mentioned how long the company has been around. 36 years now. looking stable as ever and with new offices opening all the time. i think that judge was more then a bit biased. As for the other claim, well, i have my office, so i guess i don't really exist?

Did you see the court of appeals ruling calling it a pyramid scheme. Did the thousands of people over the 10 years make it up.The scam operates offering manager jobs be honest.its about street sales with out permits as required by law
