My Gosh! She even made the SPHINXES sound expressive. It was assumed for a long time that Schumann didn't intend sphinxes to be performed. As Uchida plays them sound like a foreshadowing of "Catacombs" in Moussorgsky's Pictures.

She makes it all so vivid delicacy .It's as if there were words.Pedaling, single notes seem suddenly alive .I swear she can make a crescendo after played note. and creates legatos where there is barely sound.she has thousands of diff attacks The most fastidious pianist ever!!!.I think i listen to her more amazed than even Josef Hofmann and he makes my head shake in disbelief. SH HAS MAGIC POWERS SPIRIT .i will never be done finding wht she communicates!
