You said you were in a rush then you complain about them possibly rushing you out of the restaurant? Doesnt make sense. Also the 'Bavette'..skirt steak is a cheap cut of meat better served medium rare to medium due to high fat content. Thanks for the review though. Im from England but worked for Keller at Per Se for just over a year...havent had the chance to dine at Ad Hoc yet
