    CUSTOMER REVIEW: I went to the website to order, but noticed it said: "The Butterfield Diet Plan comes printed onto five pieces of A4 paper. These instructions are also printed onto our web sight.” In other words you can read it all online for free! Plus about 95% of the instructions are just suggestions for things to eat on “treat day”! I tried this diet for 2 DAYS and realised straight away it was harmful. When I complained, I was offered a refund, despite not having paid in the first place.
