Footage gathered over March 2008 of our weekly training in Penrith. It has been almost 6 months since we started training there and we all thought a video was in order to show our progression and how the sessions in Penrith have grown. We have many people training with us every week now.

skating shoes = REALLY bad for parkour
precisions - just practise them. don't start big just find a comfortable distance and focus on technique. then increase the distance
