You're partly right about how ignorant they are, but they do listen to the playerbase. As an example, take the token system incident. Originally, you'd get like 50 tokens a day, and NEVER be able to spend them all (each boat = 2-4 tokens). Nexon noticed that this was an error; you're only supposed to get 50 two days a week. They changed it to that, and the players rebelled. In the end, Nexon actually called in some players for a conference into their office and compromised.

@NexonPlayerNA Except Vindictus is dying very very slowly with all the stupid shit Nexon is pulling. They can't fix their own servers, they bullshit players in every way. They don't even bother listening to the playerbase. Even if Vindictus is young it's dying in population and that's a fact. It's not going to survive for very long which is a shame.
