I heard that the TL edition has a window for the apple logo so that's not too bad I guess.

You wish it was more protective?! This case is more protective than 99% of the cases out there. Just because Otterbox makes the defender series, doesn't mean ALL of their cases will have that kind of narcissistic, paranoid protection. You should complain about all the cases you review are not as protective as the defender. I really disagree with what you said. How protective do you really need a case to be anyway? Just enough to keep it from getting scratched, scuffed or low drops.
