sorry mate, first of all the dumbell press is wrong, was kind of tri angel, so you dnt know even how to keep dumbell straight, your body is just coz of your steroid not good tecnique

funny thing is everyone ragging on roids. you still have to get off your ass and work hard even taking roids its not a magic shot that you can just sit around and do nothing. oh and yes there are guys who can get as big as these to naturally its the guys like colemen and cutler nothing against them but to get that big yes steriods is a must.
