Dr. Watkins' book "What if George Bush Were a Black Man?" has been considered one of the most riveting statements of modern social commentary. He has been a distinguished visiting scholar around the world, including the highly-prestigious Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in China, The Center for European Economic Research and Carnegie-Mellon University. Watkins argues that the tax exempt status of the NCAA should be challenged, and that they should no longer have an anti-trust exemption.
