  • do a video on the fact that doing cardio before the workout affects the actual workout.

  • The body's main source of energy is fat, the body gets the atp it needs from the fat broken down into fatty acids(stearic acid, carboxylic acid, palmitic acid) just to name a few and the little sugar it needs to maintain blood sugar and glucose for the brain it gets it from glycerol so u don't really need carbs

  • Dude hate to break it down to you but everything you said is wrong, first off it wasn't until we started living in civilization(sumeria, egypt) that we adopted agriculture. Before that we were hunter gatherers so what dat mean is we ate a lot of saturated fat and proteins along with vegetables and roots for fiber

  • Ketogenic diets or low carb carb diets are As u did say No Good!! low carb=death of metabolisn becouse it needs glucose to function top levels and keep us warm and healthy!! metabolism requires sugar from foods if not the body will breakdown stored fat and muscle proteins to create glucose via gluconiogenesis.. this is a catabolic thing so its not good!!also when u release fatty acids from stored body fat its those are Unsaturated(most we store ARE) then u slow down Even more metabolism!!

  • eating fat in foods like milk eggs cheese or meat does NOT mean fat on my hips,legs,belly,etc.. where do u get that from? fat in my food doesnt Always mean body fat.. Unsaturated fats are antithyroid so they slow down the metabolism Big Time!! on the other hand saturated ones are ProThyroid and with protein and digestable carbs like fruit, squashes and plain sugar They Support Metabolism by helping liver/thyroid to convert t4 in2 Active T3.

  • in the video u mention hdl and ldl as good&bad cholesterol.. well thats a myth!! they r lipoproteins(high&low density) they do carry cholesterol in the blood where needed BUT aint chol themselfs!! cholesterol in foods makes no diff to blood cholesterol as we have the liver that produces 85% of it.. if u r vegan then the liver has to make 100% of it..

  • He said coconut oil is an animal fat.. Lol!!! really?? please pay attention when record your videos!!

  • I dont know how people can go on low carb diets. I just cant. I can go low fat diet but not low carb.

  • Yes, carbs are our primary energy source, but the total amount of sugar(carbs) that should be in our body is about 1 teaspoon, and yet we are told to eat up to 300 grams of carbs a day or more.
