Jason at the Gym

Here's a typical day for me in the gym.
I work out every morning before I go to
the office. Good thing the the gym is
next to the TV network I work for.

Filming me is my personal trainer.
I'm just looking for a reason to flaunt
my upper body and to show my
progress in losing weight and
building muscles. Hahaha! :-)
