This young man looks fine and is taking his time with the subject matter. That tells me he is both comfortable and knowledgeable about it I give this a thumbs up and will be checking back for more pointers since I'm just beginning.

@npadul30 Its a Canon XL1 Kind of old school at this point. You can search on Ebay for it. Just sold mine.

Thanks for the advice :). I just started vlogging & have been using my phone til I decide on a camera. I like the Flip, but the option for external mic seems like something I should consider for a 'just in case' scenario. I'm also interested in something that works well in low light. My budget is less than $200. Any sugg or am I hoping for a miracle ;) Thanks

@Sabathiel1972 I made this video a while ago. The Kodak Zi8 or TouchPlay is the way to go as far as a mic input.
