I have a Kershaw Chive--the "little brother" to the Leek and the Scallion--with the rainbow Titanium Oxide finish. I absolutely love it; it's sturdy, functional AND beautiful. Not girly by any means (I hate girly, and I'm a girl!), but wonderful to look at. I thought it might be too small at first with a 1.9" blade, but it easily gets the job done for stuff around the house. I've been toying with getting a partially serrated Leek but I'm not sure I'd use it all that much.

@PKfanSteph Cool~those little chives are so cute :) Wouldn't mind having one of them for my keychain...or a spyderco ladybug :)

@shandelear That's a nice knife~I'd love to get one. So far, still only have my Scallion. I'd also like to get a Dragonfly Tattoo...but just because they're purdy~lol!

You mentioned that you picked up the Kershaw for your husband. Want to have a knife of your own that he will be jealous of you over? Try the Cold Steel Recon 1, with the tanto point blade. You can see them in action on You Tube. Cold Steel actually has videos on them. Also, it starred in "Deadliest Warriors" television program, representing the Navy SEALS. That one is gory! They retail for $125, but you can find them in numerous places, including Amazon.com for less than $60. Go see!
