This swings like a block of wood trapped in a vice.. Its a typical example of how not to play a swing piece. Count Basie and The Duke would be spinnng in their grave.
The pianist should loosen up. Have a beer or something, then have another go. Sorry. This is pass level. The notes are accurate, but there's no feel. Bong!!!

You are leaning on notes when it isn't necessary and forgetting to lean on the ones that you are supposed to. The first note of bar two is separate and the chord is meant to be in a different rhythm. Hardly any dynamics at all. The notes are all their it's just a matter of the finer details.
