BJJ NOGI GUARD PASS SUPERMAN-HELICOPTER

A BJJ NOgi guard pass known as the superman,we refer to it as the helicopter pass.There is another variation also known as the superman pass,which we refer to the tripod pass.In all cases elbow to knee,elbow tucked in to prevent submission and reversal.Balance,and timing is a must.

Nice passing.. I have NEVER seen the "Helicopter" pass (16 year's in BJJ).

@hfe22 dont know if you got my message.i did have that combo to the single leg boston crab if the opponent kept his legs closed on the spin or if there was a pause in the rotation.I took it down for editing,and when i reposted cut it out by accident:(But to answer you,absolutely!

Nice Samir! In the first pass, do you think that you can flip him, with yourright hip pressure on to his stomach?

If so, do you think, that the half boston crab wouldl be reachable, grabbing his left leg, with your right arm?
