Hudson Wisconsin Police Misconduct Help needed part 3

Sargent Hartman told us he was charging me with destruction of property. I said there is no damage and I owned the property, so How can I be charged. He pointed to a tree 50 feet away, and asked if I thought it was nice to damage a tree on a neighbors property by hurting the root. I thought he was joking at first because the HPD has let a man they are friendly with cut down and remove Thousands of dollars worth of trees off my property. They call that a "Civil Matter" that they can do nothing about. After proving that the small root was a dead part of a lilac bush that had nothing to do with the tree, he started making insulting and sarcastic comments. He said again that he was charging me, and my son asked him how he could charge me with something when I hadn't even been there. Sargent Hartman then started badgering him to make the choice between giving me the ticket or taking the ticket himself. Sargent Hartman than became frusterated that he was unable to find a logical excuse for ticketing us for anything. He said fine I will give one to both of you than. I think it is a disgrace to this city to hear Officer Wildman say what he does at the beginning of this video. My son is so worried about the threats he has overheard in the past, he is asking me not to correct Wildman, and wanting the record to show he wanted the ticket instead. We need help to stop this harrassment ASAP. If there is someone out there who will help us I would be so grateful. It is almost impossible to do this on our own. Because the City Attorney and Mayor are doing everything they can to prevent my well documented concerns from being heard. Civil rights have no meaning in this town. Hudson doesn't allow a citizen to voice their concerns because the city has no policy to protect the citizens, or file a complaint against the city officials. They only recently added a form to the lobby of the Police Department, but it doesn't help much when the Chief is the problem. There is no policy for an independant investigation or a way to bypass his controling the outcome of an internal investagation. I have only 3 days to get this problem looked at before the City Attorney stops me through someloop hole. Without a volunteer lawyer to help us, there is no hope.

I did send it to the Attorney Generals Office, unfortunately all they did was cover-up instead of helping I found out why when it turned out he was trying to help get our ex-Mayor Dean Knudson elected instead. The Mayor was every bit as guilty as Chief Jenson and Sergent Hartman. Knudson is corupt but he knows how to cover up well..he was planning ahead by sending Jenson out to "fbi" summer camp so he could make nice to keep himself covered. He didn't use the time to become a better cop.

Hi Randy This is not a public alley its my private driveway. The houses on the left have easement rights to drive over to their connecting driveway. The City came up with a plan, that included constant Police Harrassment , false reports, bogus citations, etc.towards myself and children...in order to prevent me from using my buildable lots that are back in the woods at the end of my driveway in the video. Why? Because if I did build the city would have to pay for water, sewer and a road.

Did you review the city ordinance before working on that area so close to an alleyway? For example in my town that is not conisdered entriely your property due to being so close to a roadway which is what a alleyway is. In my town you would have to ask the city perrmission to do certain things. This didn't look like you were just mowing the lawn as an example. Also yes you can take pictures of people in public just like you can video tape like you did.

@RANDY64612 Hi Randy, In this case unfortunaltly I own and have to pay for all the manteniance on this private road that goes back to mt property at the end of the road. There are few other house that have easement rights to pass over my road to get to there own property. Instead of being grateful for a road that they do not contibute to one bit. I have the worlds most self centered Narcist calling her buddy Hartman so he can issue out undeserve citations and write up phoney police report

You have to look at part 1 and 2 first. The Officer is lying when he said that I told them to give the ticket to my son. I went to the Police Station a few days later and the Chief of Police had no answer either. Cost the Taxpayers Thousands of dollars to do an investigation...The charges were dismiss.

@bossman12334 look at the Hudson Patch for update on Police harassment. Maybe a write in campaign to Hudson City Hall, and St Croix County DA's Office might help. Writing to the HPD wuld be a waste of time. Very sad way to live.

@bossman12334 Well I finally was given copys of some open documents from the city that where withheld by the City Attorney. It proved that Sargent Hartman the one in the video ordered a different HPD Officer to write a false Police report to be given to Scott Moore, saying that I planned on putting up a fence to block people from there driveways and garage, and that Scott Moore used my driveway. Moore, Croonquist, Eliason and Carlson needed the report to file a phony lawsuit.

Don't pay any fines or sitations let them charge you and take you to court. Then they have to pay for your legal council if you can't afford one. Post no trasspassing signs, and video/audio recording signs at the front of the drive. Set the cam in the house. Dont consent to anything the police say, just tell them get off the property.
