Typing 104 wpm on Dvorak

I am getting used to this Unicomp Spacesaver keyboard. I do believe that it has helped me maintain my speed when it comes to touch typing. This is a good example of how my average speed is. My keyboard layout is Dvorak for the record :-)

I took the test at http://speedtest.10-fast-fingers.com/

There were 3 words incorrect, so it did deduct my speed. I suppose you could say that it was really 107 wpm. Anyway, hope you enjoy! :D

Oh yeah, and the music you might hear in the background towards the end of the video is Deadmau5 -- Alone with you.

i do 120 on qwerty, but i heard some folks doing 160 on dvorak. i'd love to give it a try.

@belartful Yeah, it's possible. A lot more comfortable too. But that's just my opinion. I think it depends on the person too.

@thewii552 and top row sequences and then mix them together. And practice, practice practice! I can't stress that enough.

@thewii552 So, first off... make sure that you are familiar with the home row. Home row is so important! Make sure that you can make a sequence of typing alphabet like aa ss uu nn oo asonu asonu then keep making different sequences after you do lines and lines of aa ss ... so on. Make sure you know the home row. after you get used to the home row, which is okay if it takes time. Start moving on to the top row. And keep doing that with home row sequences only

@felixduhcat89 What would you recommend to learn the Dvorak layout? I seem to have hit a wall with dvorak7min/klavaro. Maybe should just practice more
