For those who don't understand the real message -- This is the reverse psychology of saying that you shouldn't cross highways unless you want to get killed. Ramon Bautista and his crew's creativity portrayed it with humor and information combined. In reality, it is really being done in the Philippines every single day and unless the government put escalator-powered overpasses on short intervals I'm so sure it can't be controlled.
