The Federal Reserve says credit card debt rose at the slowest pace in nearly three years. The report says that consumer borrowing increased at four point two percent in April -- down from six point two percent in March.While the east coast is set to deal with a weekend long heat wave, the midwest is picking up after another day of strong storms. A tornado touched down in Minnesota - destroying homes and knocking out power to thousands.   • What is up with the blurry videos? Looks like recorded with cell phone cam. For a major news organization, you have to be better than this.
