Clear understand, but could you retell about... OK, we have SWT, we have programm that use SWT. Why I can't compille programms that convert part of my code about User Interface in native for each individual OS? Maybe you know other instruments with the same ideas, are you? What is it PySWT? or Jython that use SWT? How it work in common, in structure?

This guy is an excellent explainer. At work I'm staring at getting involved with a java/eclipse/rcp project, starting with zero experience in such things. I had thought that SWT was just some funny acronym that meant the same as Swing. This is an excellent big picture view of what's what. A rare youtube video that I actually learned something from!

The superb, swt does not contain the awt Toolkit.

Everyone deploys applications for nuclear plants.

The class files are evil also the jar ones.
