Credits for the Pilot Episode of my virtual series "Mind Games," a revamp of "Greenaway." To premiere on vbctv.com in Fall 2009.

Former FBI Agent Elle Greenaway is not perfect, and she won't argue the fact. After being shot in her own home by a crazed UnSub (Unidentified Subject), her life spiraled and she ended up killing a rape suspect in cold-blood. It was dismissed as self-defense.

The year is 2008. Now in Los Angeles, Elle is employed by Jack Conrad (Tony Denison) at his private investigation practice. Jack, a detached man, is somewhat of an enigma to LAPD Detective Matt Walton (Eric Close) who crossed paths with the older man while working a serial arsonist case a few years back, and he just can't quite understand why the man has such contempt for due process. Carter Everly (Aaron Ashmore), Elle's nerdy across-the-hall neighbor, can't seem to find his rightful place in society but is perfectly content with the fact for the time being, because he gets to help out with some of Elle's cases. LAPD Interim Assistant Chief of Police Alexandra "Alex" Casey (Elisabeth Röhm), devoted her life to becoming a police officer after a high school co-op program with her hometown's Sheriff's Department and has proven herself within the LAPD since she was a 21 year old rookie beat cop - yet some of her co-workers have a high disregard for the blonde, avidly believing that she doesn't deserve her position. Hector Rivera (Anthony Ruivivar), a former gang member is now Jack's top confidential informant, and despite the auto mechanic's outward attitude - he would never betray the trust he and the P.I. share.
