so wonderful so beautiful
i have to say susheela raman is uniquely brilliant.
the first section is 'blue lily red lotus' which is an ancient tamil tiruvachikkum from the album 'love trap' and then 'voodoo chile' the hendrix song which is covered on susheela 2007 album "33 1/3"....both are done in the same ethiopian scale called anchihoye. this is an instore promo gig at FNAC in paris, may 2007.. sam mills on guitar. nice smile at the end.
