try training him with the don sullivan the perfect dog training it works perfect with every dog i train and they all are very happy dogs that i can trust and they have a very free life because of that training program

Dogs with SA need to be crate trained while you are home and away. Getting a friend, will only lead to over excitability and competition or in some cases, dog aggression. Do not say "Good--Bye" to your dog before you leave, it will only worsen the anxiety. Only let the dog out of the crate after he has calmed down on his own while you ignore any bad behaviour. Consoling them is a selfish thing that only makes you feel better and will actually worsen your situation.

My kyi-leo has separation anxiety too and I don't want him to be cured lol!
when I get home he won't stop whimpering and doing crazy stuff til I pick
and cuddle him up.

@RayeDrgn it didn't, we got a boxer girl over a year ago, she does not have any signs of anxiety and doesn't care about anything.. Be Weston still does..

there is great medication your vet can give him for this problem. it would make him so much more comfortable guaranteed.

lol we had him on clomicalm for 6 months, it didnt work... when i say we have tried everything, i mean EVERYTHING! DAP's drops, treats, drugs.. you name it.. we gave up about a year ago and have just learned to live around it.
