@Arunictrichloride His lean body is more genetics then anything. Hes a hard gainer t hat put on a lil muscle and has been probably been ripped for a really long time. He wasnt someone that was overweight that got in shape.
@ozera16 considering Nick is not really a celeb, i feel weird knowing this much abt him, but yea.... he never really does cardio except for abt 10 mins after weight training sometimes, from what he said in a Bodybuilding post.
you said u do 2.5 hours a day. do u do it at once or spread out .and how often do u do cardio and how intense do u do it and do u do it first thing in the morning. just trying to get cut xD
